- Extended access hours: You'll find that we offer extended gate hours and access to your unit seven days a week. If you need additional flexibility in your access hours contact your Site Manager directly.
- Moving & Packing supplies: Extra Space Storage goes the extra mile for you. Boxes, locks, bubble wrap and more are all conveniently available for purchase at our facilities. This makes moving, packing and storing your valued possessions as safe and convenient as possible.
- Climate controlled units: Extra Space Storage offers climate controlled units at several locations across the country. This provides a controlled environment for you to store belongings without worrying about humidity or the extreme heat affecting your valuables.
Security
At Extra Space Storage we make security a top priority. Our storage facilities provide a high level of security with such features as monitored video surveillance, individually alarmed units, electronic gates and coded entry (note, features vary from facility to facility, ask site manager for details). In addition, at most of our facilities, our Managers are on-site and perform routine lock checks and consistently monitor the facility. Your belongings are protected around the clock.

We want you to be happy as our customer. If you are not, please give us the opportunity to take whatever steps are necessary to resolve any problems. If our efforts fail to satisfy you, we will refund up to one month’s rent.
