		DEBRIS REMOVAL Indoor and outdoor removal of all debris. PERSONAL PROPERTY REMOVAL Indoor and outdoor removal of personal property left behind by tenants. CLEANING Wipe down of all counters, sweep / vacuum / mop all floors. CARPET CLEANING Using commercial grade equipment to clean / re-clean any carpets. INITIAL GRASS CUT First grass / yard maintenance. GRASS RE-CUT Returning to a property to maintain the yard. BOARD-UP Using HUD specifications to secure the property. LOCK CHANGE Replacing existing door locks / knobs with a new one. WINTERIZATION Preparing the plumbing for an extended vacancy. DE-WINTERIZATION Preparing the plumbing for occupation and use. TARPING Using HUD specifications to secure / protect property needing repair. REPAIR Doing light repair work within our skill level. REHAB Repairing damages caused by the previous tenants. PHOTOS Photos are taken to validate our work. EVICTIONS & SEIZURES Cooperate with local law enforcement on removing tenant from premise. SPECIAL PROJECTS INSPECTIONS
